Every emergency is attended by a certified electrician working to BS 7671. Repairs are tested, safe and left with paperwork.
While you wait
- · If it's safe, switch off the main isolator at your fuseboard.
- · Keep clear of any damaged sockets, cables or panels.
- · If you smell burning or see smoke, evacuate and call 999 first.
